3. Turn "off" the main air.
4. Open the guards and look at the chop cylinder extend switch.
5. If the LED on the switch is not lit, adjust the switch.
6. Loosen the screw on the switch.
7. Slide the extend switch to the top of the cylinder.
8. Slide the switch down until the LED on the switch lights.
9. Slide the switch down an additional 3mm [.125 in].
10. Tighten the screw securing the switch.
8.5. CSC Assembly Front-to-Back Adjustment
The CSC is factory set to accommodate the majority of applications. Special customer requirements for less wire cut off
NOTE
with the terminal may require front-to-back adjustment.

1. Loosen the two screws that secure the CSC assembly to the terminator frame.
2. Move the CSC assembly forward or backward as required.
3. Tighten the two screws that hold the CSC assembly to the terminator frame.

9. PARTS REPLACEMENT

9.1. Fixed Wire Blade Replacement

1. Remove the two screws securing the fixed wire blade. See Figure 15.
2. Remove the fixed wire blade.
3. Install a new blade by first placing the blade guide hole on the blade pin.
4. Lightly tighten the two screws securing the fixed wire blade.
5. Adjust the blade so that surfaces are parallel to the housing surfaces.
6. Fully tighten the two screws.
9.2. Moveable Wire Blade Replacement
1. Remove the fixed wire blade as described in Paragraph 9.1.
2. Loosen the wire blade pin screw. See Figure 15.
3. Push the pin into the housing until the blade can be removed.
4. Remove the movable wire blade.
5. Add a small amount of general purpose grease to the new blade at the following places:
- Where it meets the carrier chop blade
- Where it rotates on the pin, and
- Where it rotates against the housing and fixed wire blade
6. Install the new blade by sliding the rear of the blade into the carrier chop blade.
Make sure the cutting surface is facing down with respect to the figure.

7. Align the hole on the blade with the blade pin.
8. Push the blade pin out until it extends about 3mm [.125 in] beyond the movable wire blade.
