5. ERROR CODES

When an error occurs, the yellow LED above the Error Reset button (Figure 10) will flash a code to indicate a
specific error. There will be a number of flashes followed by a pause. This sequence will continue until the Error
Reset button is pressed.
The number of flashes correspond to one of the errors shown below.

6. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

Preventive maintenance will keep the machine in good working order and ensure maximum reliability and
service from all of its components.
To avoid personal injury, electrical and pneumatic power must be DISCONNECTED at the source prior to maintenance.

6.1. Cleaning

Clean any debris from the DCC terminator area daily.
Compressed air used for cleaning must be reduced to less than 207 kPa [30 psi] and effective chip guarding and personal

protective equipment (including eye protection) must be used.

If an air-feed assembly is installed, check and replace the air filter element if necessary.
Wipe off the guards with a clean soft cloth.
