→ O-Ringe vor dem Einbau mit KLÜBER-
SYNTH VR 69-252 leicht einfetten
→ Der Zusammenbau erfolgt in umgekehrter
Reihenfolge
→ Sechskantschrauben nur leicht anziehen,
damit die Lagerbuchse nicht auf die
Klappenscheibe gespannt wird. Mit den
Gewindestiften die Flansche in ihrer Lage
sichern (Bild / Picture 16)
→ Passfeder montieren
→ Vor dem Aufbau des Fallgewichtsantriebes
ist zu prüfen ob die Klappenstellung und die
des hydraulischen
übereinstimmen
→ Befestigungsschrauben
hydraulischen Fallgewichtsantrieb (Bild /
Picture 17) mit den Anzugsmomenten
gemäß Tabelle / table 3 anziehen

für den
→ Slightly grease
KLÜBERSYNTH
installation.
→ Reassembly is done in reverse order
→ Tighten the hexagonal screws only slightly
to prevent tensioning the bearing bush on
the disk. Secure the flange position using
the threaded pins (Bild / Picture 16)
→ Assemble the adjustment spring
→ Before mounting the hydraulic brake and lift
unit, check whether the disk position and
the position of the hydrauic brake and lift
unit match
→ Fasten the fastening bolts for the hydraulic
brake and lift unit (Bild / Picture 17) by
using the tightening torques specified in
Tabelle / table 3
the O-rings with
VR 69-252 before
