3.4 Zulässige und unzulässige
Betriebsweise
Die in der technischen Dokumentation
(KAT-A 1322) angegebenen maximalen
Betriebstemperaturen dürfen nicht über-
schritten werden. Die geschlossene Ar-
matur darf nur bis zum maximal zulässi-
gen Druck (PS) belastet werden.

Die VAG EKN H1200 Absperrklappe hat ihren
Endanschlag im hydraulischen Fallgewichtsantrieb.
Dieser Anschlag begrenzt sowohl die Offen- wie
auch die Geschlossenstellung.
Der Dauerbetrieb in Drosselstellung kann zu erhöh-
tem Verschleiß an der Armatur bis hin zur Zerstö-
rung der Armatur oder auch der nachfolgenden
Rohrleitung führen.
3.5 Sonderausführung mit Aus-
baustück

3.5.1 Allgemein

Das Ausbaustück (Bild / Picture 6) ist feststellbar
und überträgt den vollen Axialschub der Rohrleitung
als starre Rohrverbindung.
Während des Betriebes können keine Längen- oder
Winkeländerungen aufgenommen werden.

Im Montagezustand ist eine axiale Verstellbarkeit e
von +/- 20mm (Bild / Picture 7) und eine
Winkelabweichung von +/- 1,5 Grad in Mittelstellung
möglich.
3.4 Permissible and impermissi-
ble modes of operation
The maximum operating temperatures
specified in the technical documentation
(KAT-A 1322) must not be exceeded.
The pressure applied to the closed valve
must not exceed the maximum allowable
pressure (PS).

The VAG EKN H1200 Butterfly Valve has its limit
stop in the hydraulic breake and lift unit. This stop
limits both the open and the closed position.
Permanent operation of the valve in throttle position
can result in its increased wear and tear and even
destroy the valve or the downstream pipeline.
3.5 Special type with disman-
tling joint

3.5.1 General

The dismantling joint (Bild / Picture 6) is rigid and
transmits the full axial thrust of the pipeline as a
rigid pipe connection.
Changing the length or the angle is not possible
during operation.
When the dismantling joint has been assembled,
the axis can be adjusted by e +/- 20mm (Bild / Pic-

and an angular adjustment by +/- 1,5 degees is
possible in central position.
