7.3.4 Austausch des Profildichtringes
Aufgrund der doppelt exzentrischen Lagerung kann
der Profildichtring ohne Ausbau der Klappenscheibe
getauscht werden. Armaturen bis zu DN 1000
müssen zum Tausch des Profildichtringes aus der
Rohrleitung ausgebaut werden, oder mindestens
einseitig von der Rohrleitung entfernt werden.
Hierfür sind wie beim Einbau der Klappe alle
Sicherheitsmaßnahmen zu beachten.
Ausbau des Dichtringes:
→ Klappenscheibe so weit aufdrehen, bis der
Profildichtring aus dem Gehäuse taucht.
→ Halteringschrauben lösen
→ Haltering und Dichtring entnehmen
→ Klappenscheibe
säubern
→ Sitzring im Gehäuse auf Beschädigung
oder Ablagerung überprüfen
→ Neuen
Dichtring
Klappenscheibe einlegen und leicht mit
KLÜBERSYNTH VR 69-252 N einfetten
→ Sechskantschrauben eindrehen und mit
dem entsprechenden Drehmoment gemäß
Tabelle / table 1.
7.3.5 Austausch der O-Ringe in der
Lagerung

7.3.4 Replacement of the profile seal
Due to the double-eccentric bearing, the profile seal
can be replaced without disassembly of the disk.
Valves of up to DN 1000 must either be completely
dismantled
from
disconnected from the pipeline on one side to
replace the profile seal. In the same way as for the
installation of the disk, all safety precautions need
to be taken.
Disassembly of the sealing ring:
→ Open the disk until the profile seal emerges
from the body
→ Unfasten the retaining ring screws
→ Remove retaining ring and sealing ring
→ Clean the disk in the sealing zone
→ Check the seat ring in the body for damage
or deposits

→ Insert the new sealing ring into the groove
of the disk and slightly grease it with
KLÜBERSYNTH VR 69-252 N
→ Insert the hexagonal screws and fasten
them using the torque specified in Tabelle /
table 1.
7.3.5 Replacement of the O-Ring in the
bearing
For this kind of maintenance work, the valve must
be depressurised.
→ Turn the butterfly valve into closed position
→ Unfasten the hexagonal nuts at the gear
flange and pull the gear off the shaft
→ Pull the adjustment spring off the shaft
