3.5.2 Montage
Das
Ausbaustück
kundenspezifizierten
vormontiert an der Armatur geliefert (Bild / Picture
6).
Bei der Montage im fortlaufenden Rohrstrang sollte
die eingestellte Baulänge nicht wesentlich verändert
werden.
Wird die eingestellte Baulänge verändert, sind die
Muttern des Druckringes zu lösen (Bild / Picture 8);
die Kontermuttern an den Rohrflanschen müssen
um die erforderliche Verstellung verändert und das
Bauteil auf das gewünschte Maß verlängert oder
verkürzt
werden.
Danach
Anschlussflanschverbindungen zu montieren bzw.
anzuziehen und danach erst der Druckring.

3.5.3 Wartung
Ausbaustücke bedürfen bei fachgerechter Montage
keiner Wartung.
Davon unberührt, entsprechend der äußeren und
inneren Belastung, bleibt der Korrosionsschutz.

3.5.2 Assembly
der
According to the customer specify face-to-face
length in central position, the dismantling joint are
delivered in pre-assembled state and mounted on
the valve (Bild / Picture 6).
When installing the dismantling piece in the
continuous pipeline conduit, the adjusted face-to-
face length should not be changed considerably.
If the adjusted face-to-face length is to be changed,
the nuts of the pressure ring must be unfastened
(Bild / Picture 8); the counter-nuts on the flanges
must adjusted as required and the piece must be
lengthened or shortened to obtain the desired
die
dimension. Then the flange connections must be
assembled or fastened first and then the pressure
ring.

3.5.3 Maintenance
If assembled properly, dismantling pieces do not
require any maintenance.
This does not include the corrosion protection cover
whose wear and tear depends on the exterior and
interior stress it is exposed to.
