Allgemeine Anwendungen
Die power LED 300 eignet sich für zahlreiche
Anwendungen. Die richtige Lichtintensität hängt
von der jeweiligen Anwendung, dem eingesetzten
Instrument und dem angeschlossenen Lichtkabel ab.
Falls keine SCB-fähige Kamerakontrolleinheit
verwendet wird, ist die Intensität immer möglichst
gering zu halten.

Den Netzschalter 1 betätigen (Abb. 15).

Nach dem Einschalten erscheint zunächst ein
Bildschirm mit dem KARL STORZ Logo (Abb. 16).
In dieser Zeit führt das Gerät einen Selbsttest
durch. Bei erfolgreichem Abschluss des Tests
ertönt ein akustisches Bereitschaftssignal und die
Lichtquelle ist einsatzbereit.
Schlägt der Selbsttest bei kritischen Komponenten
fehl, fährt das Gerät in den »Malfunction«-Modus
(Sicherer Systemzustand) und es ertönt ein
akustisches Informationssignal (Abb. 17). In diesem

Fall prüfen, ob das Gerät korrekt angeschlossen ist
und die Vorbereitungen gemäß Anleitung getroffen
wurden.

General applications
The power LED 300 is suitable for use in a wide
range of applications. The correct light intensity
depends on the particular application, the instrument
being used, and the connected light cable.
If the camera control unit used is not SCB-
compatible, the intensity should always be kept to
a minimum.
7. 4 Commissioning the
power LED 300 light source
Press the power switch 1 (Fig. 15).
Once the device has been switched on, the
first thing that is displayed on the screen is the
KARL STORZ logo (Fig. 16).
The device is now running a self test. Once the test
has successfully completed, an acoustic availability
signal sounds and the light source is ready for use.
If the self test fails for critical components, the
device goes into 'Malfunction' mode (Safe State)
and an acoustic information signal sounds (Fig. 17).
Verify that the device is properly connected and that
the preparations have been made according to the
instructions.

Aplicaciones generales
La power LED 300 es adecuada para un gran
número de aplicaciones. La intensidad lumínica
adecuada depende de la aplicación concreta, del
instrumento utilizado y del cable de luz conectado.
Si no se va a utilizar una unidad de control de
cámara compatible con SCB, la intensidad se debe
mantener siempre lo más baja posible.
7. 4 Puesta en marcha de la fuente
de luz power LED 300
Accione el interruptor de red 1 (fig. 15).
Una vez iniciado, se muestra en primer lugar una
pantalla con el logotipo de KARL STORZ (fig. 16).
Mientras tanto, el aparato lleva a cabo un test
automático. Si el test concluye con éxito, suena
una señal acústica de estado dispuesto y la fuente
de luz está operativa.
Si la autocomprobación arroja fallos en alguno de
los componentes críticos, el aparato pasa al modo
"Fallo de funcionamiento" (Malfunction) (estado
seguro del sistema) y emite una señal acústica de
información (fig. 17). En este caso, compruebe que
el aparato está correctamente conectado y que los
preparativos se han llevado a cabo conforme a la
Instrucción.
