7. 3. 1 Potentialausgleich anschließen
Das Gerät ist mit einer Steckvorrichtung 5 für den
Potentialausgleich ausgerüstet.
Die Erdung ggf. durch sachkundiges Personal
durchführen lassen (Abb. 2).

7. 3. 2 Netzkabel anschließen
Netzkabel anschließen, Netzstecker bis zum
Anschlag in Netzbuchse 6 einschieben (Abb. 3).

WARNUNG: Gerät nur mit der auf dem
Typenschild angegebenen Netzspannung
betreiben.

WARNUNG: Netzstecker nur außerhalb
explosionsgefährdeter Bereiche mit der
Stromversorgung verbinden bzw. trennen.

1 HINWEIS: Achten Sie darauf, dass am
Aufstellort die Zugänglichkeit zum Netzstecker
gewährleistet bleibt.
7. 3. 3 KARL STORZ-SCB
1 HINWEIS: Um ein versehentliches Herauszie-
hen des SCB-Verbindungskabels zu verhindern,
besitzt der SCB-Stecker eine Schutzvorrichtung.
Zum Ausstecken des SCB-Kabels daher am
Stecker ziehen, nicht am Kabel!
Das SCB-Kabel 20 0901 70 an eine der
(gleichwertigen) SCB-Buchsen auf der Rückseite
des Gerätes anschließen (Abb. 4).
Das andere Ende des Kabels mit einem

KARL STORZ-SCB Steuergerät (KARL STORZ
Communication Bus) oder wei teren SCB-Geräten
verbinden (siehe hierzu Gebrauchsanweisung
KARL STORZ-SCB control NEO System).
1 HINWEIS: Das SCB-Kabel ist 20 0901 70 ist
optionales Zubehör (siehe Abschnitt 10.2).

7. 3. 1 Connecting the ground line

The device is equipped with a connector 5 for
attaching a ground line.
The device's ground line should be installed by a
qualified electrician (Fig. 2).

7. 3. 2 Connecting the power cord

Connect power cord and insert the pow er plug fully
into the power cord receptacle 6 (Fig. 3).

WARNING: Only operate the device with
the voltage stated on the manufacturer's
identification plate.

WARNING: Only connect/disconnect
the power plug to/from the power supply
outside of areas subject to explosion
hazards.
1 NOTE: Ensure that access to the power plug
is ensured at the site of installation.
7. 3. 3 KARL STORZ-SCB
1 NOTE: To prevent the SCB connecting cable
from being pulled out accidentally, the SCB
connector possesses a protection device.
Therefore, to unplug the SCB cable, pull out the
connector – do not pull directly on the cable!
Connect the SCB cable 20 0901 70 to an (equiva-
lent) SCB socket on the back of the device (Fig. 4).
Connect the other end of the cable to the
KARL STORZ-SCB (KARL STORZ Communication
Bus) control device or other SCB devices (see
KARL STORZ-SCB control NEO System Instruction
Manual).
1 NOTE: The SCB cable 20 0901 70 is an
optional accessory (see section 10.2).

7. 3. 1 Conexión equipotencial
El equipo está provisto de una conexión equipo-
tencial 5.
Es recomendable que la conexión a tierra sea
efectuada por un técnico experto en la materia
(fig. 2).
7. 3. 2 Conexión del cable de red
Conecte el cable de la red. Inserte el enchufe has ta
el tope en el conector de alimentación 6 (fig. 3).

CUIDADO: La corriente de alimentación
del equipo a la red debe tener la tensión
indicada en la placa de especificaciones.

CUIDADO: Conecte o desconecte el
enchufe de la red a/de la alimentación de
corriente únicamente en sectores que no
estén expuestos a peligro de explosión.
1 NOTA: Preste atención a que en el lugar de
emplazamiento haya acceso a un enchufe de
red.
7. 3. 3 KARL STORZ-SCB
1 NOTA: Con el fin de evitar una extracción
involuntaria del cable de conexión SCB, el
enchufe SCB posee un dispositivo protector.
Para desconectar el cable SCB de la red, tire
por tanto del enchufe y no del cable.
Conecte el cable SCB 20 0901 70 a uno de los
conectores SCB (equivalentes) de la parte posterior
del aparato (fig. 4).
Conecte el otro extremo del cable con la unidad
de control KARL STORZ-SCB (KARL STORZ
Communication Bus) o los otros aparatos SCB
(véase para esto el Manual de instrucciones del
sistema KARL STORZ-SCB control NEO).
