desired, operate in sound-controlled mode. There are 13 built-in shows (00-12) and show '00' will activate a
randomised pallet of shows. The speed values can be adjusted from 01-99 and are to be set if you're not
using the internal microphone. If you do want to make use of the internal microphone, enable Sound Mode
so the microphone can detect the beat of the music and adjust its program to the beat. Experiment with the
sound sensitivity values to find the best possible result.
Slave mode: The Master-Slave mode is designed to sync multiple devices. A copy of the internal program is
sent to the daisy-chained devices so that each one projects the same effect. The master-slave function
works by means of standard 3-pin XLR cables. The only difference is that the first device in the chain does
not receive DMX input.
PLEASE NOTE: When Slave mode is activated, the device will wait for a signal from the Master device. It is
not possible to simply select an automatic or sound-controlled mode! To cancel this, select 'NAST' mode in
the SLND menu, so the device goes to Master mode. Then, all standalone functions can be activated.
Advanced settings
The advanced settings menu contains several extra options that allow you to further optimise your device
depending on the situation.
Dimmer mode: These modes determine the LED chips' reaction. The different dimming curves determine the
value of the LED chip at a certain light positioning value. This makes it possible to simulate certain dimming
curves for a halogen-like output that diminishes light per pixel.
Display: It's possible to disable the display when not in use to prevent light pollution.
Display invert: Inverts the display in case of upside down suspension.
LED calibration: You may have to align this LED armature's performance with another LED armature that
uses a different light source or response. The maximum values for red, green, blue and white (all of the
device's base colours) can be corrected via this function.
Language: The device's language can be set to either English or Chinese.
DMX fail: this function determines what the device should do in case of DMX signal loss. There are three
options:
- The device switches to automatic operating mode
- The device switches to black-out mode
- The device holds on to the last received signal

Operating Modes

The following overview is designed to show the differences between the various operation modes that are
supported by the above-mentioned menu functions.
Auto:
Automatic mode allows you to choose one of the operating modes that do not depend on external factors
(such as sound-controlled signals or the presence of sound). Choose one of the basic programs and
optionally adjust speed or intensity settings.
Sound:
When in Sound-controlled mode, the device's internal microphone detects the music and reacts to the beat.
The device will move in sync with the music and provide an automated light show.
When there is no music for the device to detect or when only high frequencies are audible, the device will
continue its program at a slower pace, so the light show will not stop abruptly. As soon as the microphone
detects music again, it will resume the automated program and follow the beat.
