7. Common malfunctions and repairs

Symptoms
The spray product does
not come out, or does it in
jerks.
The pump will not start
The generator does not
deliver high-voltage.
A lot of current will flow
through the generator, or
it disconnects.
Noise from jerky air dump-
ing when the equipment is
pressurised.
The operator feels electric
shocks when he removes
the tank from the ISOCUBE
cabinet.
Incorrect operation of the
stirring (option)/supply sys-
tem for the sprayer.

More the product in the tank.
Bad adjustment of the "pump
air" pressure of the regulator.
Viscosity of the coating prod-

Troubleshooting
Fill it.
Adjust the pressure of the
feed with the dedicated
pressure regulator.
Dilute it.
Check the air supply to the
pump
Close the door, press the
green button
Remove the causes of the
leak, clean and dry the dirty
parts.
Check its operation, then
repair and replace it if neces-
sary.
Adjust it to 7.5 bar maximum.
Check the action of the sen-
sor on the short circuiter.
Replace it if necessary.
