10 OPERATING PARAMETERS

This section provides an overview of all the operating parameters that can be configured individually
on each LEMCOM module (master and secondary). The parameter settings can be defined in the
LEMCOM Manager or by sending SDO commands (see section Messaging).

Part gripped threshold
Vacuum threshold that generates the "Part
L1
gripped" signal.
Part gripped hysteresis

Vacuum dropout difference leading to the
disappearance of the "Part gripped" signal.
ASC control threshold
Vacuum threshold leading to automatic

deactivation of the suction command (ASC
control system).
Hysteresis at ASC control threshold

being resumed.

COMMENT
Default unit: vacuum percentage (from 0
to 99%)
Other units (inHg/mbar) are available in
LEMCOM Manager.
Triggered automatically as soon as the
suction command is stopped.
Compressed air saving function from 60
to 99%. The control threshold is set by
parameter L2.
DIAG ECO is used to prevent unwanted
triggering of the control in case of vacuum
leakage (porous part).
Switch over to continuous suction as soon
as the number of bounces of the vacuum
solenoid valve exceeds the "Max. no. of
bounces" over the "DIAG/E assessment
time" period.
