Keep clean the front bumper underneath the sensor for detecting objects.

SOLVING PROBLEMS

Problem
The vacuum cleaner

battery can not be
charged.
Cause
The front wheel or the side
brushes do not work.
Cliff sensor or front
bumper sensor failure.
The vacuum cleaner got
jammed.
Error of main center
brush.
Cause
The vacuum cleaner is not
properly parked in the
charging base.
The charging base is not
connected to the mains and
the vacuum cleaner is
turned on by the main
switch.

Solution
Check the front wheel and the side
brushes and clean them.
Clean cliff sensor and shake bumper
slightly, check whether there is any
obstacle.

Ensure that the charging
contacts are properly connected
when parked in the charging
base.
The charging base should
always be connected to the
mains, do not switch it off. The
vacuum cleaner is then always
ready for further cleaning with a
fully charged battery.
