AIR SUPPLY

The use of an air fi lter with the air regulator (D) ensures that only dry, clean atomizing air
gets into the spray gun. Dirt and moisture in the atomizing air reduce the spraying quality
and the appearance of the fi nished piece.

FLUID (PAINT) HOSES

Operate the unit in a spraying booth approved for the working
materials.
-or-
Operate the unit on an appropriate spraying wall with the venti-
lation (extraction) switched on.
Observe national and local regulations for the outgoing air
speed.
Ensure that the hose material is chemically resistant.
Ensure that the spray gun, threaded joints and material hose
between the unit and the spray gun is suitable for the pressure
generated in the unit.
Ensure that the following information can be seen on the high-
pressure hose:
- Manufacturer
- Permissible operating pressure
- Date of manufacture.
