2. Impurities inside belt are removed once conveyor is in vertical position. Belt is deflected with
hand and then impurities are removed with a hook wire.

Conveyor belt replacement and adjustment instruction

KDC mower with conveyors must be suspended onto tractor.
I. The adjustment of the belt conveyor should be done only when the conveyor is in its
working position (horizontal)
1. Using a marker, mark lines on millimeter measures – decal N-79 (if belts worked well).
2. Loosen tightening roller mechanism – bolts M10 - S
bolt M12 – S by approx. 1.2" (Fig. 37).
