Using CIO-MICRO I/O module

An IP address needs to be set to use a CIO-MICRO I/O module.
This section shows the procedure to set an IP address to a CIO-MICRO I/O module.
For the vision sensors that can be connected to a CIO-MICRO I/O module, refer to the user's manuals of
vision sensors.
1.
Set inputs and outputs (I/O connection).

 Click the [Inputs/Outputs] button.
 Click the [I/O Module] button.
 Set items as follows.
• Select I/O Module: CIO-Micro
• Connect To: cioMicro_xxxxxx
 Select the [Change Settings]
button.
