Check for 24VACbetweenP22-3 andP22-5 (open), or P22-1 andP22-5 (closed).
Check linkage for adjustment andbe sure that it istight onthe valve.
Check control fusesandpower at PCB andPCT.
Check DCvoltage onprintedcircuit boardinmotor. Terminal No. 1 isgroundedandNo. 3 ispositive. DCvoltage
shouldvary from 0.8to 2.0 VDCor above astemperature control isvariedbelowroom temperature oncooling
valve or above room temperature onheatingvalve.
Remove wiresonterminal No. 1 andNo. 3 from the motor (do not short). With24VACpower from TR to TR jumper
terminal 1 and2 onmotor to drive open. Remove jumper to drive closed, if motor failsto work, replace it.

Check monitor status
Check visually. If contact ismade, check line voltage after contactor andfusesor CBs.
Check for openhumidifier safety stat. Jumper betweenterminalsP35-6andP35-5. If contactor pullsin,
replace safety. Remove jumper.
Replace bulb. Loosenleadonoldbulb. Trim excessleadlengthonnewbulbto avoidshorts.
