Cause
Incorrect tensioning of
threaded bolts

Operating temperatures

Incorrectly positioned
gaskets
Dirty gaskets
Defective gaskets
Remedy
Check the correct tensioning
values against the data in the
technical documentation and
the tensioning procedure and
correct if necessary.
Check operating pressure
levels according to rating
plate data.
Check operating tempera-
tures according to rating plate
data.
Open the K°Bloc according to
the opening procedure, see
„Maintenance" > „Opening
the K°Bloc" (page 67).
Check the seat of gaskets
and replace gaskets if neces-
sary.
Open the K°Bloc according to
the opening procedure, see
„Maintenance" > „Opening
the K°Bloc" (page 67).
Clean the gaskets and
sealing faces, replace
gaskets if required.
Open the K°Bloc according to
the opening procedure, see
„Maintenance" > „Opening

Clean the gaskets and

Replace the gaskets.
