DIN rail components are located throughout the HP POD 20c.
The removal and replacement procedures for every single type of DIN rail component that might be installed
in your HP POD 20c is beyond the scope of this guide. However, an example of the removal and
replacement of a DIN rail component is described in the following section. Keep in mind that these
instructions are written with the assumption that no power is being supplied to the components during
removal and replacement.

Control relay module

The HP POD 20c uses analog and digital control relays to communicate sensor parameters to the ECS for
overall POD control and reporting features.
You need a screwdriver to remove and replace the control relay module.
Removing the control relay module
Label the wired connections or take a picture to remember which wires to reconnect to the control relay

Using a screwdriver, release the installed wiring.

Grasp the pull tab to disengage the control relay module from the DIN rail (1).
3.
Remove the control relay module (2).
4.
Replacing the control relay module
Align the control relay module with the mounting and power connections.

Slide the module until it clicks into the DIN rail.
