Take manual control of the fan speed in the affected zone from the ECS panel.
1.
Set the fan speed to zero.
2.
Unseat both power supplies from the fan power assembly.
3.
Remove the cooling fan bank wire harness (1).
4.
Remove the six screws that secure the cooling fan bank (2).
5.
Remove the cooling fan bank by pulling it straight out (3).
6.
Replacing the cooling fan bank assembly
Insert the cooling fan bank (1).

Secure the cooling fan bank with six screws (2).
