Please check the status of the fingerprint.

If something is attached to fingerprint, fingerprint recognition may not work properly.

Please check if Dual Fingerprint Mode is set to "USE".

If you use Dual Fingerprint Mode, you can register 2 fingerprints for 1 ID just in case a finger
