er),     t he     e ngine     c an     b e     s tarted     m anually     w ith
an     e mergency   s tarter     r ope.   H owever,   t he   e n-
gine   c annot   b e     s tarted     m anually   i f   t he     b attery
voltage     i s     l ow.     I f     t he     b attery     i s     d ischarged     t o
9     v olts     o r     b elow,     t he     e lectric     f uel     p ump     w ill
 
not     o perate.
