WARNING!
When operating pay attention whether there are no excessive vibrations of the
mower which may indicate that the disc(s) operate with 1 cutting knife attached
only. Long-term cutting with insufficient amount of knives will cause
permanent damage to the cutterbar, not eligible for a repair under the warranty.
When operating check knives for completeness.
Replace them (Fig. 17, Fig. 20), if necessary, only in sets. Make sure all knives in a set are of the
same length and weight.
If the knife mounting pin is worn too much and/or the knife mounting is worn or deformed, please
replace it immediately (Fig. 18).

6.3. Replacing knives and holder pins

Prior to mounting cutting knives, lift the mower's rear guard (Fig. 19). Worn and/or damaged
knives must be replaced immediately as shown in Fig. 20. Knives should be replaced in pairs to keep
proper disk balance. When replacing knives, knife holder's pin shall be examined carefully. In case if
holder's pin (Fig. 18) is worn, replace holder pins with new ones (tightening torque 130 Nm / 96 ft-lb
(Fig. 21)).
WARNING!
When replacing knives the engine must be off and the cutter bar must lie on the
ground. The spline shaft connecting the mower to the tractor must be
disconnected.
