Focusing Manually
If focusing is not possible with autofocus, you can magnify the image and
focus manually.

Set the lens's focus mode switch
to <MF>.

• Turn the lens focusing ring to focus
roughly.

Determine an area to magnify.
• Press the <EE> button to activate
magnified display, then move it to where
you want to focus by using the<~> or
<

> dial or the <

> cross keys.
• To center the magnified area, press the
<mi> button.

Magnify the image.
• Each press of the <INFO> button
changes the magnification ratio, as
follows.
1x--+ 5x--+ 10x

(2) Magnified area position
