The HTTP and RTSPU SAPs described above automatically advertise a URL that contains
the VBrick's configured IP address. There are some situations when those URLs won't work
for players—for example when your VBrick is behind a firewall with Network Address
Translations (NAT) or when you are reflecting your VBrick's stream through a server. In
those cases you may wish to send SAPs to advertise a custom URL for your stream that uses
the NATed address of your VBrick or the address of the reflecting server. The

configuration gives you the flexibility to advertise any URL for your stream.
Enables/disables the transmission of SAPs to advertise the external
URL for this encoder.
The external announcement includes the video and audio bit rates
selected in the reflected stream; use this setting to indicate what type of
reflection is being used. For example, select Push Microsoft Reflector
to advertise a publishing point that is receiving a push from this WM
appliance.

• Pull Group2 Microsoft Reflector.
• Pull Group3 Microsoft Reflector.
• Pull All Groups Microsoft Reflector.
If Transmit is enabled, this setting tells the VBrick how often (in
seconds) to send a SAP.
The number of hops (between routers) for which an IP packet is valid
on the network.
The TOS (Type of Service) can be configured in the IP header to
establish SAP packet priority in the network.
The IP address or DNS host name to which the SAP information is
sent.
The port SAP information is sent out onto the network.
Sets the URL that is advertised in the SAP. It can be RTSP, HTTP, or
any other URL.
Click to play or right-click to save the external URL .asx file. The play
option may not work on older versions of Internet Explorer and/or
older versions of Windows operating systems. If necessary, right-click
and save.
