Multimeter
The multimeter can test electrical components and cir-
cuits for current (amps), resistance (ohms) or voltage.
NOTE: Toro recommends the use of a DIGITAL Volt–
Ohm–Amp multimeter when testing electrical circuits.
The high impedance (internal resistance) of a digital me-
ter in the voltage mode will make sure that excess cur-
rent is not allowed through the meter. This excess
current can cause damage to circuits not designed to
carry it.
Spark Tester – TOR4036
The spark tester can test magneto ignitions. The spark
tester determines if ignition is present.
