6.3.6 Safety Beveling Adjustment

These values are used for adjusting safety bevel position.
• Test Pattern
- Execute the Circle pattern (Ø 50) with the beveled position 50%.
- Execute the Circle pattern (Ø 50) without the beveling.
• Test Cases
- Execute above two kinds of processes for each of materials including plastic,
PC, HI-Index lens and Trivex® .
- Apply the front and rear safety beveling to all cases.
• Test Cases
- Change the value within the tolerance
• Follow the next instructions to adjust the incorrect safety beveling
