12. Remove the screw for the rear fastener of the center
spring.
13. Remove the inner circlip (A) from the lower bearing.

14. Remove the rear axle.
15. Remove the outer circlip (B) and lift out the lower
bearing.
16. Lift the top bearing from above. If it is necessary, tap
the bearing from below.
17. Attach the new bearings.
18. Assemble the articulated steering in opposite
sequence.
19. Do a check of the tension of the steering cable.

9.2 Propulsion system

9.2.1 To remove and install the engine
1. Remove the engine cover. See
covers on page 17
2. Disconnect and remove the battery.
3. Disconnect the cable between the starter relay and
the starter.
4. Make marks on the electrical connectors and
remove the electrical connectors from the engine.
5. Remove the clips that hold the throttle cable and, if
attached, the choke cable. Disconnect the cables
from the carburetor casing.
