Troubleshooting

Problem
Machine is shaking or Tillage Rotor is
bouncing
Machine is shaking and Drive Rotor is
not Turning
Drive Rotor is skidding
Tillage Rotor Teeth plugging up with
soil and vegetation
Tillage Rotor plugging with long grass
Uneven seed distribution or uneven
stand
Seed is not coming out
Nick marks on rotor assembly from
opposite side
Engage Gage Wheels with ground
Reduce operating depth of Tillage Rotor
Increase air pressure in Air Shock
Check if rotors are plugged
Check rotor drive chain
Check for items that maybe plugging rotors
Too much air pressure in Air Shock
Rockshaft Lock Pin was left in
Rockshaft Lock Clamp was not loosened
Check rotor drive chain
Soil is too wet for seeder operation
Grass is too wet or green for seeder operation
Check for plugged seed cups
Check to see if agitator is working properly
Check if Drive Rotor is loosing traction
If so, reduce pressure in Air Shock
Check if Transmission Klik Pin is in place
Check if seed is in Seedbox
Check if Transmission chains are properly adjusted
Large rotor Castle Nuts are not tight enough
Tighten nuts which clamp the blade stack to 400 ft-lbs
