If there are issues with the SmarTrax system, turn off the machine and correct them immediately.

Calibrate the SmarTrax System
Refer to the SmarTrax & SmartSteer Calibration and Operation Manual (P/N 016-0171-277) for instructions on
calibrating the SmarTrax system, adjusting system settings, and system operation.
Note:
Case IH Puma and New Holland T60X0 series tractors are equipped with a reactive steering
orbital. Pilot operated check valves were installed on the SmarTrax hydraulic system to prevent the
steering wheel from turning on its own during routine SmarTrax operation.
However, the steering wheel may turn on its own when the tractor's front wheels reach their
mechanical locks while SmarTrax is engaged. If this occurs, the system will continue to
function properly and no action is required on the operator's part.
