6.5.2. FIRST FORCED LUBRICATION CYCLE

The forced lubrication cycle distributes the oil from the
reservoir to the different components. It is imperative to
carry out this forced lubrication cycle before first use of
the Chainsaw Selion M12.
1. Press and hold the triggers (2) and (3).
2. Set the battery switch to "1".
3. An automatic cycle starts which sends oil from the
reservoir to the chain guide.
a. short beep every 20 seconds during the cycle.
b. 3 beeps to validate the end of the cycle.
4. Release both triggers when the first beep sounds
Warning
Carry out forced lubrication at the start of each season in order to check the chain lubricating
function. Carry out forced lubrication whenever necessary.

6.6. SHARPENING THE CHAIN

Caution
Before working on the tool, check that
the On / Off switch is in the off position
«0» and disconnect the battery power
lead.
1. Set the battery switch to "0" and disconnect the con-
nector.
2. As shown on the diagram, place a file holder on the
top platen and the depth limiter of the cutter.
