Special Applications
In the Special Applications page, you may configure XRT to support multiple connections to
meet the applications on your side.
Some applications demand for multiple communication ports, such as Internet games, video
conferencing, and Internet telephony service, these applications cannot work well when
Network Address Translation (NAT) service is enabled. To eliminate the inconvenience, you
may specify the port normally associated with an application in the "Trigger Port" field and
choose proper protocol type: TCP or UDP, then enter the public ports associated with the
trigger port to open them for inbound traffic in Special Applications menu.

Popular applications There are pre-defined popular applications lists in machine. To apply
The out going (Outbound) port number for this particular application
Choose the protocol type of the outbound traffic.
Enter the incoming (Inbound) port or port range for the LAN side
application (for example, 1000-3000, 30011)
Choose the protocol type of the inbound traffic.
It is required to check the Enabled box to enable the specified special
application configuration
the settings, please choose an application from the list, and select a
location (1-10) in the Copy to selection box and then click the button
to add the application parameter in Special Applications menu.
