Click Apply button to add the QoS rules into machine. You may now continue other
configurations or start using your router.
Name of the QoS rule
You may define the source address of packet here. If "MAC address"
is selected, you may define up to five source MAC addresses in this
rule. If IP range is selected, you may define source IP address range.
You also can select "WILDCARD" to let any source address matches
this part of the QoS rule.
You may define the destination address of packet here. If "MAC
address" is selected, you can define up to five destination MAC
addresses. If IP range is selected, you can define one destination IP
address range. You also can select "WILDCARD" to let any
destination address matches this part of the rule.
You may specify the traffic types such as, FTP, SMTP ...etc.
Meanwhile, you can select "CUSTOMIZED SERVICE" to define
your own service type by protocol, source port and destination port as
well.
If you select "IP" protocol in this field, XRT will check the packets
by IP information, like source address, destination address ...etc. If
"TCP" or "UDP" is selected, the QoS rule will not only apply to
network packets by IP information, but also session layer information,
like source port and destination port. You may enter several ranges for
source and destination port for XRT to check with.
You can select one of the DiffServ type to match or select
"WILDCARD" to match all DiffServ types.
