REPLACEMENT OF INvERTER BOARD
1. Remove the rear console case.
2. remove and save the two Phillips screws (shown in the
illustration) that secure the inverter to the PCB mounting
bracket.
3. Disconnect the inverter board cable from the SBC (on the
7" LCD console). Disconnect the inverter cable from the
inverter (on the 15" model).
4. Install the new inverter board with the cable assembly in
reverse order using the hardware removed and saved in
the previous steps. Reuse spacers from the old inverter on the
7" console. Be sure to route cable under Authentication PCB
(92349).
5. Reinstall a console case.
REPLACEMENT OF ANALOG TUNER (15-INCH CONSOLE ONLy)
1. Remove the rear console case.
2. remove and save the four Phillips screws (shown in the
illustration) that secure the analog tuner to the PC mounting
bracket.
3. Disconnect the mini coaxial cable from the analog tuner to the
SBC.
4. The analog tuner is connected to the SBC via an interboard
connector. Carefully disconnect the analog tuner from the SBC
at this interboard connector.
5. Install the new analog tuner in reverse order using the screws
removed and saved in step 2. Reuse spacers from the old tuner
board (if present).
6. reconnect mini coax.
7. Reinstall rear console case.
