Pass/Fail Judgement and Math Function

A program example of pass/fail judgements is shown in Table 2-6. This example is
used to perform power vs voltage sweep measurement and performs pass/fail
judgement. Power is calculated by using the built-in math function.
Math function can be set by using the following commands.
Function
Specifies math expression
Defines math expression
Sets unit for the math expression
Enables/disables math function
Pass/fail judgements can be performed by using the following commands.
Function
Sets composite limit test mode to
grading or sorting
Specifies test result output timing for
the grading mode, end or immediate
Enables/disables composite limit test
Specifies limit test feed data
Sets compliance check or limit test
Sets limit test lower or upper limit
Sets compliance fail condition
Enables/disables limit test
Asks limit test result pass or fail
type is VOLT for voltage measurement data, CURR for current measurement data,
CHAR for charge measurement data, RES for resistance measurement data, or
MATH for math result data.
