Function Overview

Limit (Compliance)
Limit or compliance is the output limiter for preventing damage to a device under
test (DUT) due to overcurrent or overvoltage. The voltage Limit is for current
source, and the current Limit is for voltage source.
Operation Mode
The M9602A/M9603A module provides two operation modes for source output.
The following modes can be selected depending on DUT or application.
