OPERATIONAL SEQUENCE

Place an empty pallet onto the deck of the CBE 510.
Hang bulk bag strips onto the bag strap support. Place the rear straps first and then the
other two.
Install the bulk bag neck onto the dust tight fill head until spout reaches full contact with
inflatable balder (OPTIONAL).
Inflate the bag seal cuff (OPTIONAL) by pressing the cuff inflate push button (see
picture).
With cuff inflated, return to control panel (location to be determine, normally shipped
loose) and press the start button to initiate the fill process.
The Pre-bag inflation process will start. (OPTIONAL).
With the Pre-bag inflation process (OPTIONAL) completed (timed).
The blower shut off and the three way valve assembly switches from the blower inlet to
the exhaust outlet. This allows the Pre-Inflate air and dust during the fill process to escape
to customers dust collection system.
After a slight delay, the butterfly valve/ slide gate (OPTIONAL) will open and feed with
material into the bag.
If unit is equipped with bulk and dribble, when the bulk set point is reach the slide will
closed to the mechanical selected position on the slide gate cylinder and stop. When the
final position is reached the slide gate will completely close.
During this filling process, the bag densification system (OPTIONAL) will delay from
starting, either thought a time delay in some controllers or other controllers use a % of
the weight before turning on. When that set point is reached the vibrating deck will start.
The vibrating deck is used to assist in the de-aeration of the product during the filling
process.
When the target weight is reached, the bag seal cuff will deflate allowing the operator to
remove the neck of the bulk bag off the filler spout and tie it closed. When removing the
bulk bag, it is a good practice to make sure the bulk bag support straps are free when
the bag is lifted up to minimize risk of hanging up and pulling the bag off the pallet.
The fill process is then repeated by following the procedure lined out above.
With WATER-LIKE PORDUCTS IT IS RECOMMENDED TO ALLOW THE BAG TO BE LEFT
HANGING FOR A PEROID AFTER WEIGHT COMPLETION TO HELP THE BAG TO
STABLIZE BEFORE REMOVING.
