APPENDIX A PERIPHERAL CIRCUIT
This manual describes how to use the Peripheral Circuit Board for S1C88655 (S5U1C88000P1 + S5U1C88655P2
+ S5U1C88655T1). This circuit board is used to provide emulation functions when it is installed in the ICE
(S5U1C88000H5), a debugging tool for the 8-bit Single Chip Microcomputer S1C88 Family.
The explanation assumes that the S1C88655 circuit data has been downloaded into the S1C88 Family
Peripheral Circuit Board (S5U1C88000P1).
For how to download circuit data into the S5U1C88000P1 and specifications of the boards, refer to
Sections A.4 and A.6, respectively. For details on ICE functions and how to operate the debugger, refer to
the separately prepared manuals.
