When an error occurs, the system reacts with either a power disable or velocity
controller disable depending on the error type.
The power is disabled as a reaction to errors which might make operation under
closed-loop control impossible, such as

velocity controller at limit,
S
measuring system error,
S
RAM checkerror,
S
drive computer crash, etc.
