Transporting By Forklift

Refer to Appendix A Specifications.
Verify forklift maximum load capacity and ensure that the forks are long enough to properly support the
UPS. Insert the forks into the space shown in Figure 6.3. Spaces for side fork entry are provided in the
battery cabinet C-channel base.
DO NOT tilt the battery cabinet when lifting and/or transporting. Minimize the impact when lowering the
battery cabinet to the floor.
