Please note
If the CPX terminal is fitted onto the moving part of a ma-
chine, the field bus cable on the moving part must be pro-
vided with strain relief. Please observe also the relevant
regulations in EN 60204 part 1.
There is a 9-pin sub-D socket on the field bus node for con-
necting the CPX terminal to the field bus. This connection
serves for the incoming and continuing field bus cable. You
can connect the CPX terminal with the sub-D plug from Festo
(part nos. 18529).
