Clean tape reader.
Check tape itself if the
feed hole is faulty and/or the
nap is raised on the hole.
Failure of tape reader itself
Failure of JANCD-FC200 board

If the tape cannot perform TV
check, use it by setting
O (TV check OFF) or make it so
that it can perform TV check.
