not input. The field hold
is opened.

signal is entered.

external reset input of second program.

external reset input of third program. )
Solution
Check the switch and
wiring. If the machine
interlock is working
intermittently, refer to the
manual of the machine
for

manufacturer.
If the machine interlock is
working intermittently,
refer to the manual of the
machine manufacturer.
If the parameter is not set
to O in several seconds,
contact your YASKAWA
representative.
