I nstallation
Carefully remove the instrument and all of its components from the shipping

 Power Cord
 UV Express Software CD
 Computer systems ( see page 33 for computer requirements)
Place the instrument in a location that is compatible with the required environmental

conditions for operation. Connect the power cord to the plug; the power plug must
be grounded.
The electric pow er could be dangerous. Before connecting the
pow er cord, verify that the m ain pow er sw itch is off.
