INDUCTIVE
PROXIMITY SWITCH
The VCP valve in all its size can
be provided with an inductive
signalling system.
This device is used for signal-
ling the opening of the valve in
overpressure or negative pres-
sure to the prefixed calibration
value.
WAM ® supplies the KXS1 induc-
tive signalling device (which can
operate with a 24 voltage at
220V) (see attached technical
sheet).
In the valve activation phase, the
signalling device generates an
instantaneous signal so that the
valve returns to the home posi-
tion after the action. The use of
a device is recommended to
maintain this signal.
The KXS1 sensor for detecting
the disc opening correctly must
be positioned at a distance from
the metallic surface of 0 < H < 4
(mm) by acting on the two nuts.

INDUKTIVER
NÄHERUNGSSCHALTER
Das Ventil VCP kann in jeder Bau-
größe mit einem induktiven Mel-
desystem ausgestattet werden.
Diese Vorrichtung gestattet es,
eine Meldung vorzunehmen, falls
das Ventil bei Überdruck oder
Unterdruck im Bezug zum einge-
stellten Eichdruck geöffnet wird.
Firma WAM liefert die induktive
®
Meldevorrichtung des Typs KXS1
(die mit einer Spannung von 24
bis 220 V arbeiten kann) (siehe
beiliegenden Merkblatt).
In der Betätigungsphase des
Ventils erzeugt der Melder ein
unverzögertes Signal, weil das
Ventil nach dem Eingriff wieder
in die Ruhestellung zurückkehrt.
Man sollte eine Vorrichtung vor-
sehen, de in der Lage ist, dieses
Signal beizubehalten.
Um die Öffnung des Ventiltellers
korrekt zu erfassen, muss der
Sensor Typ KXS1 in einem Ab-
stand von der Metalloberfläche
von 0 < H < 4 (mm) angeordnet
werden, indem man die beiden
Muttern benutzt.

La soupape VCP, quelle que soit
sa dimension, peut monter un
système de signalisation induc-
tif.
Ce dispositif permet la signalisa-
tion, dans le cas d'ouverture de
la soupape en surpression ou
en dépression, à la valeur d'éta-
lonnage préétablie.
La société WAM® fournit le dis-
positif de signalisation inductif
type KXS1 (qui peut travailler à
une tension de 24 à 220 V) (voir
la fiche technique en annexe).
Dans la phase de commande de
la soupape, le dispositif génère
un signal instantané, puisque
après l'intervention la soupape
retourne dans la position de re-
pos. Il est recommandé de pré-
voir un dispositif en mesure de
maintenir ce signal.
Le capteur type KXS1, pour dé-
tecter correctement l'ouverture
du disque doit être positionné à
une distance de la surface mé-
tallique de 0 < H < 4 (mm) en
intervenant sur les deux écrous.

La valvola VCP in ogni sua di-
mensione può essere dotata di
un sistema di segnalazione in-
duttivo.
Questo dispositivo permette la
segnalazione nel caso di aper-
tura della valvola in sovrapres-
sione o depressione al valore di
taratura prefissato.
La ditta WAM ® fornisce il dispo-
sitivo di segnalazione induttivo
tipo KXS1 (che può lavorare con
tensione da 24 a 220V) (vedi
scheda tecnica allegata).
Il segnalatore, in fase di aziona-
mento della valvola, genera un
segnale istantaneo poiché la val-
vola dopo l'intervento ritorna in
posizione di riposo. Si consiglia
di predisporre un dispositivo in
grado di mantenere tale segna-
le. Il sensore tipo KXS1 per rile-
vare correttamente l'apertura del
disco deve essere posizionato
a una distanza dalla superficie
metallica di 0 < H < 4 (mm) agen-
do sui due dadi.
