For any operation to be per-
formed on the machine (mainte-
nance and cleaning), the opera-
tors must use the special per-
sonal protection devices (PPD)
meant for the purpose.
- Antistatic safety footwear (cer-
tified).
- Antistatic protective clothing
(certified).
- Hard hats
- Antistatic cut-proof gloves.
- Protective masks
- Safety goggles (certified)
In addition, it is necessary to use
all the protection devices envis-
aged by the safety sheet of the
product handled.
SAFETY NOTE: Do not act on the
valve during the working of the
plant (filling or emptying the silos).
It is dangerous to work with the
limbs inserted inside the VCP
valve; so work on the valve only
when silo filling/emptying is not
in progress.
If the filling/emptying operation
is controlled by a main panel, the
latter must be provided with a
safety key against accidental
start-up and the key must be kept
in the custody of a person in
charge of maintenance opera-
tions.

USO E MANUTENZIONE
Bevor Sie irgendeinen Vorgang
(Reinigung oder Wartung) auf der
Maschine ausführen, müssen die
Bediener mit den angemessenen
persönlichen Schutzausrüstun-
gen (PSA) ausgestattet sein:
- unfallsicheres antistatisches
Schuhwerk (zertifiziert)
- antistatische Schutzkleidung
(zertifiziert)
- Schutzhelme
- antistatische Schnittschutz-
Handschuhe
- Atemschutzmaske
- Schutzbrille (zertifiziert).
Außerdem sind alle Schutzvor-
richtungen zu benutzen, die im
Sicherheitsdatenblatt des be-
handelten Produkts vorgesehen
sind.
SICHERHEITSHINWEIS: Während
des
Betriebs
der
Anlage
(Befüllen oder Entleeren des
Silos) darf man keine Vorgänge
an dem Ventil ausführen. Es ist
gefährlich, mit den Gliedmaßen
innerhalb des Ventils VCP zu
arbeiten. Daher dürfen Eingriffe
nur und ausschließlich dann
ausgeführt werden, wenn der
Silo weder gefüllt noch entleert
wird.
Wenn die Füll- oder Entleerungs-
anlage von einer Hauptschaltta-
fel her gesteuert wird, muss letz-
tere mit einem Sicherheitsschlüs-
sel gegen unbeabsichtigtes Ein-
schalten versehen sein und der
Schlüssel muss im Besitz der
Person sein, die den Wartungs-
vorgang ausführt.

En outre il faut utiliser tous les
équipements de protection pré-
vus par la fiche de sécurité du
produit traité.
NOTE DE SECURITE: Pendant le
fonctionnement de l'installation
(chargement ou vidage du silo) il
est interdit d'intervenir sur la
soupape. Il est dangereux de
travailler avec les membres à
l'intérieur de la soupape VCP ; il
faut donc intervenir uniquement
quand le chargement ou le vidage
du silo ne sont pas en cours.
Si le système de chargement ou
de vidage est commandé depuis
un tableau général, ce dernier
doit être muni d'une clé de sécu-
rité contre le démarrage acciden-
tel, et la clé doit être entre les
mains de la personne qui effec-
tue l'opération d'entretien.

fettuarsi sulla macchina (manu-
tenzione e pulizia), gli operatori
dovranno essere muniti degli ap-
positi dispositivi di protezione in-
dividuale (DPI):
- Scarpe antiinfortunistiche anti-
statiche (certificate).
- Indumenti protettivi antistatici
(certificati).
- Caschi.
- Guanti antitaglio antistatici.
- Mascherine protettive.
- Occhiali protettivi (certificati)
Inoltre occorre utilizzare tutti i di-
spositivi di protezione previsti
dalla scheda di sicurezza del
prodotto trattato.
NOTA DI SICUREZZA: Durante il
funzionamento dell'impianto (ca-
ricamento o svuotamento del si-
los) è vietato intervenire sulla val-
vola. E' pericoloso operare con
gli arti all'interno della valvola
VCP, e pertanto occorre esegui-
re gli interventi solo ed esclusi-
vamente, quando non sia in atto
il caricamento o lo svuotamento
del silo. Se il sistema di carica-
mento o svuotamento viene co-
mandato da un quadro generale,
quest'ultimo deve essere prov-
visto di chiave di sicurezza con-
tro l'avviamento accidentale, e la
chiave deve essere in posses-
so della persona che esegue
l'operazione di manutenzione.
