The Manufacturer acknowl-
edges a 12-months warranty on
manufactured products. The
period comes into effect from the
date on the delivery note. The
warrantee is not applicable for
breakages and/or defects
caused by incorrect installation
or use, or by incorrect mainte-
nance or modifications made
without the manufacturer's per-
mission.
The warranty is not applicable
to parts subject to normal wear
and to electrical parts.
Specifically, the warranty laps-
es if the valve:
- has been tampered with or
modified;
- has been used incorrectly;
- has been used without re-
specting;
the limits indicated in this Manual
and/or has been subjected to
excessive mechanical stress,
- has not been subjected to the
necessary maintenance, or
maintenance operations have
been carried out only partly or
incorrectly,
- has been damaged owing to
negligence during transport,
installation or use;
- the spare parts inserted are
not original.
On receiving the product, the
customer must check to make
sure there are no defects or dam-
ages deriving from transport and/
or incompleteness of the supply.
The Manufacturer must be im-
mediately informed of defects,
damage or incompleteness, if
any, in written, countersigned by
the carrier.

Der Hersteller räumt eine
zwölfmonatige Garantie ein. Die
Garantiefrist beginnt mit dem
Datum des Lieferscheins.
Ausgenommen von der Garantie
sind Defekte, welche durch
unsachgemäßen Einbau bzw.
unsachgemäße Verwendung
verursacht wurden. Ferner
verfällt die Garantie bei Defekten,
die durch fehlerhafte Wartung
oder durch unerlaubte Modifizie-
rungen am Gerät hervorgerufen
wurden.
Für elektrische Komponenten
sowie für Verschleißteile
besteht kein Garantieanspruch.
Im besonderen verfällt die
Garantie:
- wenn Veränderungen am
Gerät vorgenommen wurden;
- wenn das Gerät unsachgemäß
verwendet wurde;
- wenn beim Einsatz die in
diesem Handbuch genannten
Einschränkungen nicht
berücksichtigt wurden bzw.
das Gerät außergewöhnlichen
Belastungen ausgesetzt
wurde;
- wenn die vorgeschriebene
Wartung nicht oder
teilweise bzw. unsachgemäß
durchgeführt wurde;
- wenn das Gerät beim
Transport, beim Einbau oder im
Betrieb beschädigt wurde;
- wenn keine Originalersatzteile
verwendet wurden.
Beim Empfang der Ware ist der
Kunde verpflichtet, dieselbe auf
Vollständigkeit bzw. auf even-
tuelle Schäden hin zu kontrol-
lieren.
Der Hersteller muss hierüber
ggfls. umgehend durch eine
entsprechende, vom Frachtfüh-
rer gegengezeichnete Bemer-
kung im Frachtbrief informiert
werden.

applicable à la suite de ruptures

se installation, utilisation et au
manque d'entretien ou à des
modifications apportées sans
autorisation du fabricant.
La garantie n'est pas étendue
aux parties qui s'usent à la suite
d'une utilisation normale et aux
parties électriques.
Plus précisément la garantie est
sans effet si la soupape :
- a été altérée ou modifiée,
- n'a pas été utilisée correcte-
ment,
- a été utilisé sans respecter les
limites indiquées dans le pré-
sent manuel et/ou elle a été
soumise à des contraintes mé-
caniques excessives,
- n'a pas été soumise aux entre-
tiens nécessaires ou ceux-ci
n'ont été faits qu'en partie et/
ou non correctement,
- a subit des dommages par né-
nur
gligence pendant le transport,
la mise en place et l'utilisation,
- monte des pièces détachées
qui ne sont pas d'origine.
A la réception du produit, le des-
tinataire doit vérifier qu'il n'a pas
de défauts ou de dommages dé-
rivant du transport et/ou que la
fourniture n'est pas incomplète.
Les défauts, les dommages ou
la fourniture incomplète doivent
être signalés directement au fa-
bricant par communication écri-
te, signée par le transporteur.

prodotti di propria costruzione. Il
periodo decorre dalla data della
bolla di consegna. La garanzia
non è applicabile a seguito di rot-
ture e/o difetti causati da errata
installazione o utilizzo, oppure da
manutenzioni non corrette o mo-
difiche apportate senza autoriz-
zazione del costruttore.
La garanzia non si estende alle
parti che si logorano in seguito
al normale uso e alle parti elettri-
che.
A miglior precisazione la garan-
zia decade nei casi in cui la val-
vola:
- sia stata manomessa o modifi-
cata,
- sia stata utilizzata non corret-
tamente,
- sia stata utilizzata non rispet-
tando i limiti indicati nel presen-
te manuale e/o sia stata sotto-
posta ad eccessive sollecita-
zioni meccaniche,
- non sia stato sottoposta alle ne-
cessarie manutenzioni o que-
ste siano state eseguite solo in
parte e/o non correttamente,
- abbia subito danni per incuria
durante il trasporto, l'installa-
zione e l'utilizzo,
- siano state inserite parti di ri-
cambio non originali.
Al ricevimento del prodotto, il de-
stinatario deve verificare che lo
stesso non presenti difetti o danni
derivanti dal trasporto e/o incom-
pletezza della fornitura.
Eventuali difetti, danni o incom-
pletezza vanno immediatamente
segnalati al costruttore median-
te comunicazione scritta e con-
trofirmata dal vettore.
