4 On the Edit User screen, change any of the following attributes for the user account as desired.

5 If desired, change the email alert settings by marking or clearing the check boxes on the right
side of the screen.

6 Press OK to save the changes.
The Edit User screen closes and you are returned to the User Management screen.

Disable user accounts

Disabled accounts cannot be used to log in to the system. Once a user account has been
disabled, it cannot be re-enabled.
