Diagnosis via status bits

The status bits serve for displaying common diagnostic mess-
ages (global error messages).
Please note
In order to use the status bits, you must activate them with
the DIL switches on the field bus node (see section 1.2.2)
or per SDO.
If status bits are activated, they will occupy as standard 8 bits
in PDO 4 (see section 2.4.9).
