For Technical Support, logging-in is required. For first time use, we highly recommend that customers enter a
generic user name and email for a distribution group so that multiple people in your company can access your
Data I/O Service requests.
For quick accurate support, please provide the following information:
• PSV7000 Serial number
• Software Version (lower right corner of AH700)
• Type of programmer (FlashCORE or LumenX)
• Dual Tray Feeder Serial Number (if Tray Feeder related)
• Detailed description of the problem you are experiencing (if any)
• Error messages (if any)
• Device manufacturer, part number, package style and number of pins (if device related)
