Before you turn on power, check that:
All safety doors are closed
The external air line is connected, the air pressure switch is in
the ON position, and the pressure indicator number is green.
CAUTION: Possible hearing loss hazard! Generally, Data I/O's
offline programming systems do not exceed 85 dB. The addition of
optional equipment may raise the sound level slightly. Hearing
protection is recommended if the noise level in your environment
exceeds 85 dB.
1.
Turn on the power on the left side of the machine by rotating the
large switch to the ON position.
2.
Make sure the air line is connected and turn the air pressure
switch ON. Make sure the pressure indicator number is green.
Note: Turning power ON does not start AH700 (the PSV7000
Application Software). Although the AH700 icon on the monitor
can be double-clicked, the preferred way to start the application is
by first starting TaskLink or LumenX DMS—see the next heading.
